How long will my order take to be completed?

Most orders will take between 2 and 4 weeks to be completed, prior to being sent in the post or ready for pick up. This will vary for each order due to the customised nature of BCN’s artwork. Don’t hesitate to send us an email to check in if you would like clarification.

I live in Perth, can I pick up my order?

Pick up is available from the pick up point near Lathlain (5 minutes east of Perth city). Caitlyn will be in touch when your order is ready and will provide further details then.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently By Caitlyn Nicole is only shipping within Australia.

What is your return policy? 

All customised and print artwork cannot be returned once purchased. Please reach out to BCN via email if you have any concerns and we will be happy to help!
